JOB PURPOSE
To coordinate and ensure the smooth and efficient flow of the culinary operations in Pastry Kitchen. Maintain and enhance the food products through a creative menu development and presentation. Always act in a professional manner and promote the company’s Mission, Vision and Values through example. Strive to exceed guest expectation and take the culinary team going from good to great.
EXPERIENCE
2-3 years experience in similar position, 5 star luxury hotel background, High volume banqueting experience, Knowledge of sugar, chocolate work and wedding cake preparations, Strong leadership and communication skills, Sanitation and hygiene certified, Fluent in English required, Experience in French Canapés will be an Added Advantage.
QUALIFICATION & EDUCATION
Technical Qualification in Catering Management up to Diploma or Graduation.
